This picture and the next one are the same car. This lakester runs a chute in a pack like is normally on the back of a car. When the door opens the chute is ejected up into the air and opens. The owner says that it has been very reliable.

This is not so good and I think SCTA won't allow a chute line to go around such a small diameter any longer. Lots of people have done this over the years and it has worked, but a larger diameter for the lines to go around would put lots less stress on the lines and be safer.
